Parklands Resort & Conference Centre features five versatile meeting and function rooms, catering from 10 to 1200 guests, suitable for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, live concerts, special celebrations and outdoor events. Our unique Mudgee Auditorium, which has the capacity of 1200 people, offers you one of the largest conference and function venues in the Central West of NSW.

Our Conference, Meeting & Event Spaces
The Mudgee Auditorium is the largest of our function spaces. Perfect for corporate conferences, gala dinners, trade shows, seminars, presentations, concerts & social events and weddings. This incredible space is over 900m2 and has the capacity to seat up to 1200 theatre style or 850 in banquet format. Featuring a fully functional theatrical stage, this venue perfectly caters for any presentations, lectures, performances or ceremonies that any corporate meeting or event planner requires.
Offering sweeping views of the Mudgee mountains, the Windamere room is the perfect room for midsize meetings and events. Featuring a large projection screen and beautiful décor. This room lends itself to corporate and social events alike. With its own private bar facilities and direct access from the driveway, the Windamere room is the ideal venue for a gala dinner or mid-size conference.
The Orana Room comfortably accommodate groups of up to 150 people in a variety of set ups. Featuring high ceilings, the Orana Room has a built in stage & dance floor with a private bar. Ideal for intimate dinners or celebrations, this is a very versatile room.
This versatile meeting room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and offers privacy and flexibility. Perfect for small workshops, boardroom meetings, even yoga classes. This air conditioned room has ample natural light and space for your morning and afternoon teas or working lunch.
The Parklands Boardroom is our exclusive executive private meeting room, featuring a mahogany boardroom table, seating up to 15 in comfort. Also perfect for corporate lunches, the Parklands Boardroom never fails to impress.
The Polo Deck (Outdoor)
If you are looking for a more social venue outside, our polo deck would be perfect for you. Featuring amazing views of the Mudgee mountains and our very own polo field this is the ideal venue for pre-dinner drinks, cocktail parties, canapes and barbeques or can also be used for your refreshment breaks while conferencing. Along with an open walled marquee and heaters, this is a great place to entertain.
The BBQ Deck (Outdoor)
Situated directly off our restaurant, looking out over the lawn, the BBQ deck is a great place to enjoy external lunches and casual dining for up to 70 people. This is also popular as space for casual breakout sessions.
